Although Wind Academy cannot guarantee placement we do support students during their job search journey in a variety of ways. The first step is through our comprehensive Resume Writing and Interview Skills class held on the first day of our program. We provide guidance, constructive critique, lively group discussion and encouragement to all Wind Academy students during this course.

Students are also provided with links to pertinent job boards and encouraged to post their refined resumes. Our dedicated staff members work closely with companies to help connect students to fill their open positions and career assistance doesn’t end after the 3 week commencement. Our support is available beyond graduation too.

*To work as a Wind Turbine Technician one must possess a valid Driver’s License and have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening
